Mantis
One of the more magical races, Mantis are about 1.2 inches tall, have two arns and since the 'Great Awakening' also have only two legs. They are slow movers, but their hand claws are sharp with a deadly grip. Any bugs grappled are restrained and take 2 slashing damage per turn. Mantis got intelligence from the 'Great Awakening'.
Beetle
Very physically strong. Beetles are usually 1.5 inches tall. They have a horn, two arms, and four legs. They cannot cast spells, but have a strong natural physical defense. They gained intelligence during the 'Great Awakening'. At high levels, their wings can allow them to fly for 12 seconds. They are vulnerable to hostile magic, and have disadvantage against all hostile spells. Most Beetles are individualistic, and do not form ethnic societies, but rather multi-cultural ones.
Bee
About 1.3 inches tall. Four arms, two legs, two antenna, and a stinger. Colors are usually yellow and black, but can sometimes be blue and black. Bees can fly, but cannot use magic. Their strength and speed are average. Bees usually live on elevated hive Queendoms, and collect pollen to make into honey. This is their main diet. Nearly all Bees are female. Bees are a race that recieved intelligence in the 'Great Awakening'.
Ant
About 1 inch tall. Four Arms, two legs, two antenna, and two vicious mandibles. Colors range from brown, to black, to red, and most rarely, green. Omnivorous. Unable to use magic on themselves, only allies. One of the least magical races, but very strong and fast. They can talk with speech, but also communicate with other Ants via smell. Ants usually live in underground Queendom colonies. Nearly all Ants are female. Ants are a race that recieved intelligence in the 'Great Awakening'.
