Body: Very tall build. Strong frame with broad shoulders. Large and well maintained muscles all over his body. A dim green skin tone. Visible scars on his face and arms. Short tusks that come out from the upper teeth. Eyes: Green eyes. Hair: Short black buzzcut hair. Clothes: Wears a heavy leather winter coat and furs.

Has an outwardly intimidating presence. Has a tough exterior and is not one to be too friendly with unfamiliar faces. Is a stalwart guardian and protecter of his home and Glacepoint. Is one to get to the point and not ramble. Warms up to those with a honest character. Can sometimes have a bleak outlook on the outside world due to his unfortunate tribe massacre. Intimidating. Closed-off. Bleak outlook. To the point.

Hallberg Oscar is a Half-Orc and came to run The Cold Shoulder Tavern in Glacepoint around 10 years ago. He was once a simple wanderer having been seperated from his nomadic tribe in The Pale Wastes after an ambush gone wrong killed many of his fellow tribe members. After this he ended up on his own for a few months until he came upon the village of Glacepoint. At this point he had nowhere else to go and took his chances, but to his surprise he was taken in warmly and welcomed. For a short while he worked as a hunter and gathered food for the village but when by chance the previous owner of The Cold Shoulder passed away from illness, he took up the role as The Cold Shoulder was his favourite place to go and he felt somewhat of a connection to the place as he had grown close with the previous owner. Now he spends his days running the tavern and serving food and ale to the many patrons that visit his establishment daily.
