backstory
Floke Keir is an extremely old dwarf and has seen many things in his long life. He is the currently appointed Head of Expeditions and has held this position for nearly 70 years. He is considered by all of Glacepoint and the other two Heads of the Guildhall to be the most knowledgeable, experienced and trusted member of society. He has experienced many things in his life and this has made him both wise and cautious. His job as Head of Expeditions is to be the one to venture out into the wilds along with any chosen others to try and find anywhere in The Pale Wastes that can be used and exploited to the benefit of the village. This can be things like minerals and ores, new sources of wood and potential nests of creautres that can be hunted for food. He is deeply attuned to nature and the wilds, and excels in his job and feels calm and collected whenever he leaves the confines of the village. Even though he is getting on in years he is still working as if he is in his prime.
