His hair is usually a bit disarrayed, and there's a permanent furrow in his brow from years of intense concentration on music.

Albert Penny, known to his customers as Smoker, is an alumnus of ATO. He opened The Dusty Groove record store as a way to share his vast knowledge of music with the community. Despite his laid-back demeanor, Smoker has a deep passion for music and takes great care in curating his store's selection.
