Description
Kira's room is truly cozy and spacious, a stark contrast to the castle's forbidding stone hallways and more humble rooms. A soft, new, luxurious carpet covered part of the wooden floor, and a large, comfortable-looking, slightly rumpled double bed dominated one side of the room. A small, unlit fireplace stood against one wall, and nearby, a simple wooden table was laden with open books, loose sheets of parchment, and a half-finished embroidery hoop. The room was tenderly decorated, and several musical scores hung on the walls. The air was warm and smelled faintly of lavender and old paper. It felt like a habitable place, a comfortable refuge from the severe grandeur of the castle.
