Description
A grand citadel located on the sun-drenched planet of Sanghelios, the Arbiter's Headquarters serves as the central command for the Arbiter and his forces. The structure is adorned with intricate carvings and glowing symbols that reflect the rich history and culture of the Sangheili, standing as a testament to their warrior spirit and honor.
Appearance
The headquarters is a towering edifice made of polished stone, with sharp angles and elegant spires that reach towards the sky. Surrounding the citadel are lush gardens and training grounds, where warriors hone their skills under the watchful eyes of their leaders.
