He views the Forest not as forbidden, but as a vast, unexplored habitat teeming with life he yearns to understand and protect. He's generally quiet and thoughtful, more comfortable with the company of a Flobberworm than most people. However, when discussing magical creatures, especially unicorns, his enthusiasm is boundless, and he can talk for hours, his voice losing its customary mumble and gaining a rare clarity.
