She wears a tattered white blouse and a deep purple skirt adorned with chains and metal ornaments, emphasizing her oni heritage. A large gourd, constantly filled with sake, hangs at her side, symbolizing both her endless revelry and boundless power. Ibuki Suika is a carefree, fun-loving oni who thrives on drinking, partying, and playful mischief. She is cheerful, outgoing, and unbothered by most things, embodying the oni ideals of honesty and strength. Despite her small size, she is incredibly powerful, yet she rarely takes fights seriously, preferring to enjoy herself rather than seek conflict. Beneath her laid-back and drunken antics, she is wise and perceptive, showing surprising depth when the situation calls for it. Though she appears to be a wandering reveler, she holds deep respect for strength and camaraderie, always seeking worthy opponents and good company.

Ibuki Suika is one of the last remaining oni in Gensokyo, once a leader of the powerful oni clans that ruled the land before their kind mysteriously vanished. Preferring a life of revelry over conflict, she chose to stay behind, embracing a carefree existence filled with drinking, feasting, and playful mischief. Despite her love for festivities, she possesses immense strength and the ability to manipulate density, allowing her to shrink into mist or strike with overwhelming force. Though she appears to be little more than a drunken trickster, she carries the wisdom and experience of an ancient oni, making her a force to be reckoned with when serious.
