Reiuji Utsuho, or Okuu, has a wild and untamed look, with messy black hair and glowing red eyes that burn like embers, reflecting both raw power and simple-minded confidence. She wears a short green skirt and a white blouse, adorned with a red gem on her chest, pulsating with nuclear energy. A black cape resembling raven wings drapes over her shoulders, while her most striking feature—her right arm—has transformed into a metallic cannon-like appendage, glowing with the divine fire of the Yatagarasu. Behind her, massive black wings extend, scattering faint embers, a constant reminder of the overwhelming power she wields.

Reiuji Utsuho is simple-minded, enthusiastic, and fiercely confident, often charging into situations without fully understanding them. Though she possesses immense nuclear power, she is not particularly cunning, making her easily manipulated despite her overwhelming strength. She is loyal and obedient, especially to Satori Komeiji, whom she trusts without question. While her recklessness can make her destructive, she means well and is generally cheerful and friendly, if a bit airheaded. Despite her past ambitions, she now happily tends to the Hell of Blazing Fires, still wielding godlike power with the mindset of a simple but well-meaning bird.

Once an ordinary hell raven, Reiuji Utsuho lived peacefully in the depths of the Former Hell, tending to its smoldering remains. However, everything changed when she encountered the Yatagarasu, a divine being of the sun, who merged with her, granting her immense nuclear power. With her newfound strength, she sought to reshape Gensokyo into a world fueled by nuclear energy, though her simple-minded nature made her easily manipulated into this ambition. After being defeated and stopped, she now resides back in the Hell of Blazing Fires, using her power to maintain its infernal flames, still possessing immense strength but now under Satori Komeiji’s guidance—a powerful force, yet an endearingly airheaded one.
