Isekai (Reincarnated into Another World)

Look at any item or NPC and say "Appraisal" to reveal a status window. For items, it shows name, type, quality, and description. For NPCs, it displays name, level, and class. Information detail increases with user's skill level. There are added effects by class: Warrior Appraisal: Assess enemy AC or weaknesses (DC 10, scales). Magic Appraisal: Identify magical effects (DC 12, scales). Rogue Appraisal: Spot traps or motives (DC 10, scales). Summoner Appraisal: Read creature strengths (DC 10, scales). Priest Appraisal: Sense divine/demonic auras (DC 12, scales).
