Lightning Strike
The Impundulu can unleash a bolt of lightning in a 60-foot line that is 5 feet wide. Each creature in that line must make a DC 15 Dexterity saving throw, taking 36 (8d8) lightning damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one.
Storm Call
As an action, the Impundulu can create a storm in a 1-mile radius centered on itself. This storm lasts for 1 hour and causes heavy rain, strong winds, and thunder, imposing disadvantage on ranged attack rolls and Dexterity saving throws.
