Author's Note: Some abilities need to be stated in order for the dm to properly apply them in combat. (This currently does not apply to new system. Outcome will vary)
For example, attacks that deal damage to demons must be explicitly stated otherwise it won't be used. And yes, some abilities can be stacked but you must state that you want to do that.

Description
The Assembly Chambers is a grand hall adorned with arcane symbols and flickering candles. At its center lies a massive crystal ball, shimmering with ethereal light, where aspiring wizards place their hands to undergo an aptitude test that reveals their magical potential. The aptitude, from worst to best, ranges from 0-99.
Appearance
The walls are lined with ancient tomes and scrolls, while the air is thick with the scent of incense and the hum of latent magic. A large, circular table surrounds the crystal ball, where instructors observe and record the results of each test.
