Description
The Lower Rotten Vale is known to be far more dangerous than the upper areas, mainly due to the fact effluvium covers the entire area. Effluvium is a dangerous gas that can suck the life force out of you just by you breathing it in. despite this, monsters have managed to evolve and even thrive in effluvium.
Appearance
a far darker, more grim and disgusting area with monster corpses everywhere and a deadly gas flowing freely.
