The Neurothane targets one creature it can see within 60 feet. The target must succeed on a DC 18 Intelligence saving throw or take 27 (5d10) psychic damage and the Neurothane can extract one memory or secret from the target.

Neural Claw

Melee Weapon Attack: +8 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 12 (2d6 + 5) psychic damage. On a hit, the target must succeed on a DC 18 Constitution saving throw or be stunned until the end of its next turn.
