Description
Calling upon the power of Thalvyrn, you summon and launch massive shards of ice imbued with divine radiant energy at creatures within range. Choose up to three targets. Each target must make a Dexterity saving throw. On a failed save, a target takes 4d8 cold damage and 4d8 radiant damage as the shards explode on impact, leaving behind an aura of frost. On a successful save, the target takes half damage.
