Description
You create a spectral whirlpool in a 20-foot radius centered on a point you can see within range. The area becomes difficult terrain for the spell’s duration. Each creature in the area must make a Strength saving throw at the start of its turn or be restrained until the start of its next turn. Restrained creatures take 7d8 bludgeoning damage and 7d8 necrotic damage at the start of their turn. A restrained creature can use its action to make another Strength saving throw to escape the whirlpool's pull.
