Description
You unleash a freezing storm filled with anguished wails that chills both body and soul. All creatures in the area must make a Constitution saving throw. On a failure, they take 8d10 cold damage and are paralyzed with spectral frost gripping their bodies. On a success, they take half damage and are slowed for the duration. Creatures paralyzed by this spell cannot regain hit points, and if they die while paralyzed, their souls are torn from their bodies, creating wailing specters under your control for the remaining duration. These specters attack your enemies, each dealing 4d10 psychic damage on a successful hit.
