Description
The Wind Capital is the political and cultural heart of the Land of Wind, thriving amidst harsh desert surroundings with elegant sandstone architecture, shaded markets, and large governmental courtyards. It is a hub of diplomacy, intrigue, and tension, housing the Daimyō's palace and often entangled in conflicts with shinobi forces.
Appearance
The city features warm-toned sandstone buildings with intricate carvings, wide shaded streets bustling with merchants and nobles, and imposing fortifications like the Outer Sand Gate guarding the perimeter.
