Roran is a buried ancient city in the Land of Wind, known for its towering stone spires and ruins that hint at a lost civilization powered by the mysterious Ryūmyaku energy. It is a legendary site tied to powerful chakra and time-traveling myths, attracting treasure hunters, rogue shinobi, and scholars, many of whom vanish within its sands.
