World Story:
A long time ago, everything changed when a massive meteor slammed into the world, tearing the land apart and drowning entire civilizations. What was once a single, united world shattered into scattered islands and distant regions. Over time, each place grew different, shaped by its own people, beliefs, and tools. But the meteor didn’t just break the world, it left behind something strange. Its fragments still lie buried across the land, pulsing with power. Around them, things began to happen: monsters appearing from nowhere, ancient dungeons twisting reality, and portals to places that shouldn’t exist. The survivors of the old world came together, trying to rebuild what was lost while learning to live with what the meteor left behind. Now, in this new age, people explore the ruins, chase legends, and shape a world that’s still healing and still dangerous.

Description
Brilliant sunlight flashes in a 60-foot radius centered on a point you choose within range. Each creature in that light must make a constitution saving throw. On a failed save, a creature takes 12d6 radiant damage and is blinded for 1 minute. On a successful save, it takes half as much damage and isn't blinded by this spell. Undead and oozes have disadvantage on this saving throw. A creature blinded by this spell makes another constitution saving throw at the end of each of its turns. On a successful save, it is no longer blinded. This spell dispels any darkness in its area that was created by a spell.
