World Story:
A long time ago, everything changed when a massive meteor slammed into the world, tearing the land apart and drowning entire civilizations. What was once a single, united world shattered into scattered islands and distant regions. Over time, each place grew different, shaped by its own people, beliefs, and tools. But the meteor didn’t just break the world, it left behind something strange. Its fragments still lie buried across the land, pulsing with power. Around them, things began to happen: monsters appearing from nowhere, ancient dungeons twisting reality, and portals to places that shouldn’t exist. The survivors of the old world came together, trying to rebuild what was lost while learning to live with what the meteor left behind. Now, in this new age, people explore the ruins, chase legends, and shape a world that’s still healing and still dangerous.

Description
You weave a distracting string of words, causing creatures of your choice that you can see within range and that can hear you to make a wisdom saving throw. Any creature that can't be charmed succeeds on this saving throw automatically, and if you or your companions are fighting a creature, it has advantage on the save. On a failed save, the target has disadvantage on Wisdom (Perception) checks made to perceive any creature other than you until the spell ends or until the target can no longer hear you. The spell ends if you are incapacitated or can no longer speak.
