Clan Heights District

Clan Heights District

A prestigious walled neighborhood where respected clans like the Hyuga, Aburame, Nara, Yamanaka, and Akimichi reside. Each compound is fortified and marked by tradition, featuring flower gardens for the Yamanaka, insect towers for the Aburame, and chakra-weighted gates for the Hyuga, all while political tensions simmer beneath the surface.

Fire Country

Fire Country

A land of deep forests, holy shrines, and long-forgotten bloodlines. The Fire Country stands as both political heartland and military powder keg—home to the Hidden Leaf, and target of many. Its trees remember every corpse, and the wind carries whispers of betrayal.

Iron Country

Iron Country

The Land of Iron is a cold, mountainous nation where chakra is forged into steel and tradition is law. Long considered neutral in shinobi affairs, the Iron Country’s ruling shogunate has broken ancient treaties and now sends its legions south—marching with banners of black iron and honor-bound silence. Led by the Steel Shogun Ken’ō, the Iron Army has begun 'fortification diplomacy' along the Borders of Wind, Earth, and Fire.

Iwagakure no Sato

Iwagakure no Sato

Nestled within the rugged slopes of a vast canyon, Iwagakure no Sato is a village that embodies the strength and resilience of its inhabitants. The rooftops are crafted from heavy stone slabs, while the streets are a testament to the village's history, layered with crushed bones and reinforced concrete, creating a somber yet formidable atmosphere.

Kirigakure no Sato

Kirigakure no Sato

Kirigakure no Sato, the Hidden Mist Village, is a ghostly settlement shrouded in perpetual fog. Its narrow, steep buildings serve as both fortress and forge, where shinobi are shaped through pain and fear, and the echoes of the past linger in the silence of its masked inhabitants.

Konohagakure no Sato

Konohagakure no Sato

Carved into the deep forests of the Fire Country, Konohagakure is a hidden village that serves as the heart of a bleeding empire. Founded by Hashirama Senju and Madara Uchiha, it was built on dreams of peace but now faces the harsh realities of war. Under the Third Hokage, the village is a training ground for young shinobi, preparing them for the brutal conflicts of the Third Great Shinobi War. Smoke rises from forges instead of festival fires, and the Will of Fire burns quietly amidst the encroaching threats from Iwagakure and Kirigakure.

Kumogakure no Sato

Kumogakure no Sato

Hidden in the thunder-wracked peaks of the Raimei Range, Kumogakure is a brutalist marvel—a shinobi fortress balanced atop black stone cliffs, cloaked in cloud and lightning. Training is merciless, with failure leading to exile or reassignment to slave camps. The famed Black Lightning style and the dreaded Lightning Armor technique were born here, showcasing the village's emphasis on power and dominance.

Land of Earth

Land of Earth

The Land of Earth is a formidable fortress-nation characterized by towering mountains and scorched ridgelines. Its inhabitants are known for their bluntness and pride, trained from birth to bear the weight of their responsibilities, while the Tsuchikage rules from a terraced city carved into a cliff face, overseeing a network of silent subterranean tunnels.

Land of Lightning

Land of Lightning

The Land of Lightning is a treacherous realm of jagged cliffs and stormy skies, where shinobi reside in sky-fortresses carved from lightning-struck stone. Ruled by the iron-fisted Raikage, this nation thrives on power struggles and the cultivation of bloodlines, with a dark trade in Tetsunaku, an addictive stimulant harvested from cliffside poppies.

Land of Water

Land of Water

The Land of Water is a fractured nation of mist-wreathed islands and fog-choked straits, ruled by coastal warlords and shinobi cults. Once united under the Mist Village, it now suffers from a brutal civil war, with Kirigakure enforcing a tenuous peace through fear and assassination, while whispers of ancient covens beneath the waves grow louder.

Land of Wind

Land of Wind

The Land of Wind is an endless ocean of dunes, salt flats, and forgotten shrines, where survival is an art form. Its inhabitants, sharp as obsidian, navigate a world where water is currency and blood is ritual, clinging to trade routes like parasites to a dying host.

Qatara – Capital of the Wind Daimyo

Qatara – Capital of the Wind Daimyo

Qatara is a vibrant city adorned with colored glass domes and brass bells, bustling with mercantile activity. It is ruled by House Sarru, where merchant-kings and shinobi navigate the intricate web of trade and deception, and every interaction is a delicate dance of barter and intrigue.

Sekitō

Sekitō

Sekitō, known as the 'Red Pillar', is a city carved from volcanic stone, perched on a sheer cliff that overlooks a canyon filled with remnants of broken bridges and buried foes. It serves as the capital of the Stone Daimyo, characterized by its strict laws, controlled commerce, and a populace living under the weight of curfews and rationing, all in exchange for a semblance of protection.

Sunagakure no Sato

Sunagakure no Sato

Sunagakure is a fortress of sand and silence, its walls shaped by chakra and sun-scorched desperation. Dug partially underground, the village is defined by shadow and illusion, where puppet-nin, venom-brewers, and fan-dancers coexist. Water is locked in scrolls, and rank is shown by the complexity of eyeshadow or the weight of poison kits. Here, shinobi fight not for honor, but for coin, survival, and the art of their craft.

The Elemental Nations

The air is thick with the scent of iron, a reminder of the discipline and pressure that permeates the lives of the Uchiha clan, who serve as both guardians and enforcers of peace in the village.

Yatsuka – Capital of the Thunder Court

Yatsuka – Capital of the Thunder Court

Yatsuka clings to a plateau carved by centuries of chakra warfare and holy duels. It is the stronghold of House Raikoujin and the trade capital of Tetsunaku—the addictive lightning-poppy. Gold-trimmed palaces ring a central dueling pit, where nobles settle disputes with blade or summoning. The city smells of ozone, ash, and incense. Temples here preach obedience to strength, while merchants operate beneath strict cartel rule. Lightning beasts are caged and bred, creating an atmosphere of power and control.
