One Piece is set in a vast oceanic world filled with islands, dangerous seas, and ancient mysteries. The legendary treasure, the “One Piece,” lies hidden at the end of the Grand Line—a perilous route guarded by natural and supernatural threats. The world is ruled by the oppressive World Government, opposed by pirates, revolutionaries, and secret organizations. Themes of freedom, discovery, and ambition drive the narrative, as exploration and conflict shape the fate of the world.

Description

Fecca is a luminous island city dedicated to the worship of Celestial Dragons, where all buildings gleam in pure white. The city is famed for its three-eyed fortune tellers and a colossal floating sphere with blinking eyes that reveals possible futures. Citizens wear flowing togas and eye-symbol headbands, embodying their devotion to foresight. Intruders who disrespect the city risk death in spike pits guarding the city.

Appearance

The cityscape is dominated by pristine white marble structures reflecting sunlight, with streets lined by robed fortune tellers bearing three eyes. At the center floats a massive, eye-covered sphere emitting a soft glow, surrounded by citizens in elegant togas and symbolic headbands. Concealed spike pits mark the outskirts, warning outsiders to show reverence.
