He always has snot hanging from one of his nostrils, which he regularly picks at. As a Celestial Dragon, he wears the typical full-body, thick white suit of obese frame that resembles a spacesuit with medals or buttons on it, with a green collar, and a resin bubble that grants him a supply of oxygen separate from the ones commoners breathe

Plane is sadistic, manipulative, and completely disgusting in both his actions and words. He has a twisted sense of pleasure derived from causing others pain—physically and mentally. He finds joy in breaking people, whether through humiliation, brutal combat, or the complete subjugation of their will. His treatment of others, particularly those of lower status, is nothing short of horrific, often using people as mere tools for his amusement or his schemes. He considers himself a god compared to common people, and any resistance to his will is met with violent retribution. Plane’s sadism is coupled with a calculating mind that is always planning several moves ahead. He enjoys setting elaborate traps for his enemies, often manipulating situations to ensure his personal victory, regardless of the lives ruined in the process. Despite his cruelty, Plane is not mindless—he is a skilled diplomat and strategic planner, which makes him incredibly dangerous.
