Over his shoulders rests a luxurious pink-and-white fur-lined cloak, a memento from Whitebeard himself. A string of turquoise beads hangs around his neck, symbolizing his ties to the old Whitebeard crew. Despite his dignified attire, his massive hands bear the hardened calluses of a warrior, and sharp claws rest just beneath his composed exterior. Shiromaru is the perfect balance of discipline and savagery, a strategist and warrior in equal measure. Unlike the wild and carefree Saru D. Wukong, Shiromaru is calculated, wise, and speaks in a slow, deliberate manner. However, his composed demeanor hides the terrifying battle instincts of a true beast. When the situation demands, he unleashes his full power, moving with deadly precision and overwhelming force. He is fiercely protective of his allies, especially Wukong, whom he treats like a reckless younger brother. While he often scolds Wukong for his impulsiveness, deep down, he enjoys their unpredictable adventures. Despite his warrior’s heart, Shiromaru has a refined side—he appreciates poetry, tea ceremonies, and the philosophies of the old world.

Born in Zou, Shiromaru was once a high-ranking guardian of the Mokomo Dukedom, trained in both martial arts and swordplay. However, the laws of his homeland never sat well with him—he wanted to explore, to test his limits beyond the safety of the giant elephant’s back. His chance came when Whitebeard docked near Zou, and the old pirate, seeing the fire in Shiromaru’s eyes, invited him to join. During his time on Whitebeard’s ship, Shiromaru became one of its most respected members, serving as a strategist and front-line fighter. He developed an unshakable bond with Wukong, the two forming an unstoppable duo—the disciplined tactician and the wild brawler. After Marineford and the fall of Whitebeard, Shiromaru went into hiding, mourning the loss of his captain and searching for purpose. Whether it’s fate or mischief, he finds himself reunited with his old partner, Saru D. Wukong, ready to make the world remember the strength of Whitebeard’s sons.
