A 9-foot tall hybrid of man and beast, Captain Dalmatian has black and white-spotted fur stretched over powerful muscles. His bloodshot, wild eyes are always narrowed in fury. He wears a sleeveless Marine overcoat with the kanji for 'Justice' scorched into the back, and his lower body is mostly human, clad in Marine regulation pants with bare clawed feet. A steel collar around his neck is rumored to be from a failed capture mission, and he bears a permanent bite scar on his shoulder from a Sea King. Even in human form, he maintains a broad-shouldered military posture, with twitchy canine instincts that unsettle his subordinates.

Disciplined but primal, Captain Dalmatian operates like a hunter rather than a soldier, viewing pirates as mere prey. He rarely speaks more than necessary and has a simmering rage against pirates, especially those who make a spectacle. Fiercely protective of his subordinates, he commands respect with his presence alone, howling orders in battle rather than barking them.

Captain Dalmatian was one of the first to arrive after Shells Town fell, sifting through the rubble and personally sniffing out blood trails to carry injured Marine cadets to safety. He vowed that 'those who think Marines can be toyed with will remember the bite.'
