The water Blightfin swims through becomes tainted. Any aquatic creatures entering or starting their turn in the water within 20 feet of Blightfin must succeed on a DC 16 Constitution saving throw or be poisoned until the end of their next turn.

Blightfin sprays a 30-foot cone of infectious mucus. Each creature in the area must make a DC 16 Constitution saving throw or be infected with a debilitating disease, taking 21 (6d6) poison damage and having disadvantage on attack rolls and ability checks for 1 minute.

Rotting Bite

Melee Weapon Attack: +9 to hit, reach 10 ft., one target. Hit: 25 (4d8 + 7) piercing damage plus 14 (4d6) necrotic damage, and the target must succeed on a DC 16 Constitution saving throw or be poisoned for 1 minute.
