Sarparaja makes two attacks: one with its bite and one with its tail.

Sarparaja summons a violent storm in a 60-foot radius centered on itself. Each creature in the area must make a DC 18 Dexterity saving throw, taking 45 (10d8) lightning and thunder damage on a failed save, or half as much on a successful one.
