The Verdant Matriarch summons a storm in a 30-foot radius centered on herself. Each creature in the area must make a DC 15 Dexterity saving throw or take 21 (6d6) lightning damage and be pushed 10 feet away.

Roots and vines burst from the ground in a 20-foot radius. Each creature in the area must succeed on a DC 15 Strength saving throw or be restrained until the end of their next turn.

Melee Weapon Attack: +6 to hit, reach 15 ft., one target. Hit: 14 (3d6 + 4) bludgeoning damage and the target is grappled (escape DC 14).
