This cloak is crafted from a multitude of small, interlocking blades that shimmer ominously. When the wearer is struck by a melee attack, the cloak hardens, providing protection and reflecting a portion of the damage back to the attacker. However, when the wearer makes a physical attack, there is a small chance they may also suffer damage from the cloak's sharp edges.
