Sanctum Noctis

L
Lauvren

Here, candlelight flickers against endless corridors, whispers travel through walls, and ghosts of former scholars sometimes attend lectures. Students study alchemy through forgotten poetry, linguistics of the dead, and emotional cartography — the mapping of human hearts. Magic isn’t flashy; it’s subtle, psychological, and deeply personal, rooted in rituals, memory, and feeling.

Description

A labyrinthine network of chambers hidden beneath the scorching sands, filled with ancient relics and the echoes of tormented souls. The air is thick with the scent of sulfur, and the walls are adorned with dark, shifting murals that seem to come alive in the flickering torchlight.

Appearance

The chambers are carved from obsidian rock, with jagged edges and glowing runes etched into the surfaces. Pools of molten lava bubble in the corners, casting an eerie glow throughout the dark passages.
