Its complex defenses and layered enclosures make it a well-organized and seemingly impenetrable fortress, commanding the surrounding landscape and serving as a strategic military base until Kenshin's death.

The castle features towering stone walls, intricate wooden structures, and a series of watchtowers that provide a panoramic view of the valleys below. The entrance is guarded by a massive gate, flanked by stone statues of fierce warriors, symbolizing the strength of the Uesugi clan.
