Lirael is enigmatic and wise, often speaking in riddles and metaphors. She possesses a calm demeanor, but her eyes betray a depth of knowledge and understanding of the dark forces at play in the Shadowfell. She is fiercely loyal to her goddess and will do anything to protect her interests.

Lirael was born in the depths of the Shadowfell, raised in a small halfling enclave devoted to the Lady of Shadows. From a young age, she exhibited a natural affinity for the dark arts and was chosen as the high priestess after a series of prophetic dreams. Now, she serves as the official messenger of the Lady of Shadows, delivering her dark edicts to the officials of Border City and ensuring that her goddess's will is carried out in the realm of shadows.
