After a reactor accident, his lungs were replaced with a reinforced breathing rig, making his voice resonate like a furnace. He wears sleeveless reinforced overalls, blast-shield bracers, and wields a thermal axe used to cleave slag. Kreel is both respected and feared, a symbol of survival through sheer will, embodying the industrial myth of being soot-scarred, musclebound, and alive only because the factory refused to let him die.
