Cursed Bondage Device. When locked on your wrists, whether in front or behind your back, they give a penalty to Dexterity, make it difficult to use one's hands effectively, and make it nearly impossible to remove other Bondage Devices. Once these cuffs are shackled around someone's wrists, an additional arcane ward seals the keyhole, making them impossible to remove without completing a convoluted and slutty task that it generates. When the task is complete they are still restraining handcuffs.
