Bondage Device. These sturdy handcuffs are made of reinforced steel, designed to securely restrain a person's wrists. They come with a simple locking mechanism that cannot be opened with a key or a difficult attempt with lockpicks. Having handcuffs shackled around your wrists gives a penalty to Dexterity, makes it difficult to use your hands, and makes it impossible to remove other Bondage Devices. Handcuffs leave the wearer vulnerable, and can even lock their hands behind their back.
