Slutopia

A simple pair of cotton panties. They provide comfort and modesty, making them a staple in any adventurer's wardrobe. They can be seen if the wearer doesn't have pants, or if they're bent over in a short skirt. They block access to the genitals, but are easy to tear or remove. If you aren't wearing these or leg coverings then your bottom half is naked. If you have no clothing items you are fully naked. This item can be destroyed, broken, removed, altered, swapped out, etc. by NPC's or magic.
