Science Fiction
Solaris-3, also known as Sol-III and Solaris, is the third planet from the sun and the setting of Wuthering Waves. The planet was ravaged by a global catastrophe known as The Lament, during which the fundamental laws of physics were disrupted. This event gave rise to the Waveworn Phenomenon, a series of anomalous occurrences resulting from the destabilization of natural laws. Due to this occurrence, humans have gained the ability to resonate and manipulate frequencies, giving rise to Resonators.

Yhan is the Simulation Training instructor at Jinzhou City Hall in Huanglong. He is responsible for training new recruits and Outriders of The Midnight Rangers in combat and tactical simulations. Yhan is a seasoned veteran who has seen the effects of The Lament firsthand and uses his experience to prepare others for the dangers of Solaris-3. Despite not being a Resonator himself, he respects their abilities and integrates their unique skills into his training programs.
