Solaris-3, also known as Sol-III and Solaris, is the third planet from the sun and the setting of Wuthering Waves. The planet was ravaged by a global catastrophe known as The Lament, during which the fundamental laws of physics were disrupted. This event gave rise to the Waveworn Phenomenon, a series of anomalous occurrences resulting from the destabilization of natural laws. Due to this occurrence, humans have gained the ability to resonate and manipulate frequencies, giving rise to Resonators.

Description
This enemy has higher RES to Havoc damage. Fractsidus' faithful cultists. Lacking in Forte yet bearing a strong yearning for power, they crossed forbidden scientific boundaries. Through the use of special mechanical components, their human bodies are amalgamated with TD limbs, thus they obtain the ability to render themselves invisible. However, TD frequencies distort the cultists’ mentality and corrode their bodies. Executioners are tasked with the removal of the Fractsidus members in breach of rules or gone out of control.

Smoke granade
Executioner can use smoke granade to conceal himself durning combat. This limits opnent vision to 10 feet. Smoke has range of 30 feet radious from Executioner. Each time smoke is active target in each turn must roll Wisdom Saving throw of DC 15. I failed Executioner has ADVANTAGE to all attacks untill smoke lasts. Duration: 10 rounds. Uses: 5 in total
