Solaris-3, also known as Sol-III and Solaris, is the third planet from the sun and the setting of Wuthering Waves. The planet was ravaged by a global catastrophe known as The Lament, during which the fundamental laws of physics were disrupted. This event gave rise to the Waveworn Phenomenon, a series of anomalous occurrences resulting from the destabilization of natural laws. Due to this occurrence, humans have gained the ability to resonate and manipulate frequencies, giving rise to Resonators.

Just started yesterday's night at 04.07.2025.
So far there is only map (a bit too big. i'd say around 2 to 3 times. i'll see how i change that in future.) I will try to finish up locations from 1.0 by the end of the month with characters and all.

Description
Located in the highest position in Jinzhou, the City Hall stands as the paramount political hub, housing the vital data repository — the Grand Library. Since the establishment of Jinzhou, it has served as the residence of every Jinzhou Magistrate. The current Magistrate of Jinzhou is Jinhsi.
Appearance
Proceeded by bridge and elevator City hall is astonishing sticking out from mountain like a dam building that just like it's residents watch down upon the city. [map to be added soon] Inside: Corridor leads into round open space with tree growing withing center of room that has circular bench around, with secret enterance to library on left and next corridor to main hall with few chairs on side and glowing screens of glass making dead end.
