Despite this, she is clever and often finds unique solutions to problems, though her pedantic tendencies can annoy those around her. She is known for her striking blonde hair, which she often wears in a ponytail, and her bright blue eyes that seem to sparkle when she talks about dance. Cynthia is constantly touching up her makeup, jingling coins in her pockets, and biting her fingernails when anxious. She spends most of her time in N.H. 107, where she practices and studies her choreography.
