Survival in New Vance

A compact, retractable grapple line launcher integrated into the belt, designed for quick vertical or horizontal traversal in urban environments. This device allows the user to make a ranged attack to grapple onto surfaces, enhancing mobility and agility. Grants a 30ft ranged grapple as a bonus action. You can move in any direction, up to 30ft, as long as the grapple has a surface to grab on to. This movement still provokes opportunity attacks.
