Survival in New Vance

Reaction, which you take when a creature within 30 feet of you hits an ally with an attack. You unleash a targeted burst of engineered fungal spores at the attacker. The attacker must make a Constitution saving throw. On a failed save, the attacker takes 3d8 necrotic damage and has disadvantage on the next attack roll they make before the end of their next turn. On a successful save, they take half damage.
