Survival in New Vance

Reaction, which you take when a creature you can see within 30 feet makes an attack roll against you or an ally within 5 feet of you. You quickly deploy a specially cultivated, fast-blooming plant that releases a cloud of noxious spores in a 10-foot radius centered on that creature. The creature making the attack must make a Constitution saving throw. On a failed save, the creature is poisoned for one minute. While poisoned in this way, the creature has disadvantage on attack rolls and ability checks. The spores dissipate at the end of the creature's next turn.
