Bonus Action. You deploy a localized electromagnetic pulse or sophisticated jamming software, disrupting wireless communications within a 30-foot radius centered on you. For 1 minute, all creatures and devices within the area have disadvantage on any attack rolls, ability checks, or saving throws that rely on wireless signals (including but not limited to radio communication, remote controls, and wireless network connections). Additionally, any attempt to establish a new wireless connection within the area automatically fails. A creature or device can attempt a DC 15 Intelligence (Technology) check at the end of each of its turns to temporarily overcome the jamming for its next single action, bonus action, or reaction that relies on wireless communication.
