Bonus Action. You deploy a specialized wrist-mounted injector loaded with a potent neuro-toxin. As a bonus action, you can target one creature within 30 feet that you can see. The target must succeed on a Dexterity saving throw or be injected with the toxin. On a failed save, the target's movement speed is halved, and it has disadvantage on Dexterity-based attack rolls and Dexterity saving throws for 1 minute.
