Candulhallow's Funeral Arrangements is a city‑sanctioned undertaker business on the southern edge of Heapside. Run by the moon‑elf matriarch Leylenna Candulhallow, it handles corpse transportation to graveyards or the Shrine of the Suffering. It also offers tombstone engraving and a discreet smuggling service for the Guild, shrouding illicit goods within coffins.

The exterior features a sombre stone façade with a tasteful signboard reading “Remembering the deceased with sympathy and skill.” Inside, mourning carts and handcarts clutter the street-facing area. The main hall contains engraved tombstones and client spaces for selecting memorials. Etching tools and chisel‑worn benches line one side, while coffins await in the back. A discreet office hides a staircase to the cellar. Behind a mounted "Butterfly on Skull" painting at the rear, a secret button slides open a hidden door into the Bhaalist crypt.
