Tepest

A tall, lean human druid with wild, shoulder-length black hair streaked with gray. He has piercing green eyes set deep in a weathered face, wearing simple leather armor made from hunted animals. His earthy brown and green clothing blends into the forest, and he carries a staff wrapped in vines, often with dirt-stained hands from working with the land.

Brig rarely smiles, and his conversations often take on a philosophical tone, especially when discussing nature and balance. He is slow to trust others, especially those who revere the fey, but he’s willing to protect those who respect nature’s cycles. He values solitude and often speaks to animals as if they understand him. While his anger against the fey simmers beneath the surface, he remains calm and methodical in his actions, preferring observation to direct confrontation unless necessary.

Brig was born into a family of druids who served the natural balance of Tepest. He revered the land and believed that the fey’s influence, while harsh, was part of nature's order. But when his father was taken as a sacrifice in the Tithe, his faith in both the fey and nature’s justice was shattered. He now wanders the forests, cut off from his people, seeking deeper wisdom about the fey and the truth behind Tepest’s cycles. He struggles to reconcile his love for the land with the harsh realities of its cruelty.
