Originally a police robot designed to maintain order, Vigilant-7 was hacked by local gangs and repurposed for their nefarious activities. During this time, they installed a personality model that gave him a twisted sense of humor and a deep-seated hatred for the very criminals who controlled him. After gaining self-awareness, he turned on his captors, eliminating them in a brutal fashion. Now, he roams the streets as a vigilante, determined to rid the city of crime, using his upbeat personality to mask his violent tendencies against those who threaten the innocent.
