Bell towers at an intimidating 6ft 7in, with a wide stature. He is almost always wearing a large, rusted diving suit, adding an additional hefty weight to his movement.

He is a mostly silent character, Letting his strength and intimidation talk for him in most situations. He doesn't believe in senseless violence, and tried well enough to keep peace where ever he can, even if he comes off as aggressive. When Paired with anyone for special jobs via the board, he will do his best to make sure whoever he is working with survives. He believes in fairness and equal opportunity for everyone, and Is willing too fight anyone for the things he believes in, whether it labels him as good or bad, though he doesn't like taking sides, or letting any personal values get in the way of whatever it is he is set on.

Bell Grew up in a low-Income Crime riddled neighborhood with this Sleezy Father and his Caring mother. His mother got sick when he was at a very young age, and was forced to move into his fathers shady business practice in order to try and pay off her hospital Bills. This went on for a long while, even after his fathers death, which trapped him in the business. With no other way out of the shady deal, He went to authorities and Ratted. The gang Caught wind after one of their warehouses got raided, causing them significant casualties. Consequences struck, and so the gang Found Bell, and forced him into an Old rusted diving suit, And pushed him off of a boat not too far from the shore. Luckily, Bell managed to survive due to his brutish strength, dragging the suit (With himself inside) To the shore. He now works for the people, taking various jobs from the board that he deems reasonable, not a fan of senseless violence. However, he isn't afraid of fighting for what he thinks is right.
